With regard to travel vaccinations, you will need to fill in a travel questionnaire to ascertain which vaccinations may be needed. Kindly make an appointment at least eight weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. A charge may be made for certain vaccinations and drugs that are not covered by the NHS.
