I am a qualified Learning Disability Nurse with a vast experience of working with individuals who are elderly frail or have a diagnosis of dementia. My role is to ensure that all departments within the home work as a team to provide excellent care to the residents, ensuring that all aspects of care are person centred and completely meet the needs of the individual.
