Staff
Mr Alex Collier
HR Director
Alex is responsible for the companies’ recruitment & retention strategy, ensuring that only the best people make it through the candidate selection process. Alex also ensures that all staff members are well equipped for their job, monitoring all training records, as it is crucial all staff members have the best and most up to date training. Alex said, “Quite simply, in order to provide the best care possible, we need caring and compassionate people who are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients”.
Mr Mark Collier
Managing Director
Mark Collier is the Managing Director of Beloved Homecare. Mark’s passion for care was ignited following the diagnosis of his late mother with Alzheimer’s disease. After seeing first-hand the standards of care available, Mark decided to research the market and complete his care diplomas. Mark regularly keeps in contact with clients and family members, with the aim to ensure that all current clients are happy with their service and if any changes need to be made, they’re implemented.
Mark is a trustee of ‘Age UK Trafford’.
Mark said: “My primary aim is to remain Trafford’s best provider of care in the eyes of service users and their families.”
Mr Jake Gorton
Operations Director
Before joining Beloved in 2017, Jake attended University obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology.
Jake is responsible for creating & maintaining staff rotas, on a weekly basis. He is tasked with ensuring client and carer continuity as this is vital to the well-being of our clients. Jake is also tasked with minimising travel for our team of Care Assistants and sustainability providing all members of staff with their desired working hours. Jake also helps to implement any new technologies that can, in anyway, improve the lives of our staff and clients.
Mrs Wendy Gorton
Registered Care Manager
Beloved Homecare's Registered Care Manager, Wendy Gorton has over 20 years' experience working within the NHS on Assessment Units for older patients with Dementia and adults with varied Mental Health issues. She brings with her expertise in dealing with challenging behaviours, delivering solutions to enable people to remain as independent as possible in their own home.
She says, "People are living longer and as such, are developing more longer term, complex and challenging needs which have to be met. The homecare landscape is changing, and providers need to move from a home help service to a more person centred healthcare focus"
Mr Sayyied Khan
Digital Marketing Executive
As a Digital Marketing Executive, Sayyied’s main responsibilities revolve around our social media platforms, engaging with the wider community and developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Miss Emma Sharples
Care Supervisor
Emma joined Beloved in 2016 as a Care Assistant before progressing to a Care Supervisor. Emma previously studied at university and gained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology; she works closely with Wendy when onboarding new clients and building care packages and support plans.
To provide the best care possible staff know that if they have any problems or queries, they can speak to either Wendy or Emma and discuss any concerns they may have. Additionally, Emma monitors the company's care policies and practices ensuring they are kept up to date and are the best they can be. Alongside this, Emma is also responsible for logging all care information reported back to the office. “Increasingly more people want to remain in their own home, anything we can do to support their lifestyle and allow this will only enrich their wellbeing further”
