I have worked as a researcher in Social Care, working with unemployed women, elderly people and people with disabilities. In 2006 I come to the UK to work in a care home in North London. Now I’ve taken on a new challenge working at the lovely Cuffley Manor! My main aim is to support the wonderful residents here to get the very best out of life.

I have been a qualified chef for nearly 30 years working in restaurants and hotels before working in the care industry. I have worked at Cuffley Manor for over two years now and have recently been promoted to head chef. I will be looking to maintain the high standards Cuffley Manor has become renowned for and deliver nutrition of the highest quality to our residents.
