Fatimah graduated from The University of Birmingham with Distinction in Clinical Dentistry in 2012 and has been involved with the practice since then. Having done her Foundation Training at this practice, she worked at the Royal London Hospital as a Restorative Senior House Officer, before re-joining us again as an associate.

She has completed her MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons, and will be undertaking advanced restorative dentistry training by doing the M Clin Dent.

Fatimah provides anti-wrinkle treatments, such as Botox, to improve facial aesthetics for her patients. She is also provides Six Month Smiles, a quick and safe method of teeth movement using fixed braces to help improve her patients’ smiles.

Fatimah thoroughly enjoys practice and building a strong relationship with her patients. She particularly enjoys treating families, children and anxious patients.

Dr Abhi Pal

Principal Dentist

Qualified Guy’s Hospital London in 1987 with honours and distinction. Abhi has been working at this practice since 1991 as the Lead Clinician. He has extensive experience in Restorative and Implant Dentistry. In addition to being a practitioner, he is a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Warwick University where he is a module leader for MSc courses in Implant and Restorative Dentistry.

He has been awarded the FFGDP(UK) diploma by the Royal College of Surgeons — a significant quality indicator in general practice. He is an elected National Board Member for the FGDP(UK) and is involved in developing quality standards in dentistry.

Abhi provides Independent Expert Witness reports in dento-legal matters for lawyers, regulatory bodies and defence organisations. He has completed training with Cardiff University Law School as an Expert Witness.

Dr Ashis Colin Sinha

Dental Practitioner

Colin graduated in 1998 in Bangalore, India and has worked in hospital posts at the Queen’s University Belfast, Dundee and Sheffield Dental Hospitals. He has been at the UDC since 2004. He has had extensive experience and training in restorative dentistry and has completed the demanding qualification of Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Faculty of General Dental Practice. Like Abhi, he has also been awarded the FFGDP(UK).

Colin’s clinical interests are in all areas of restorative dentistry including treatment of toothwear, dentures, root canal treatments and cosmetic treatments.

Colin is currently an examiner for the MJDF RCS examination, a Foundation Trainer for the West Midlands Deanery and the appointed Dental Tutor at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
