Since qualification he has continued his postgraduate studies to give him a wealth of knowledge and confidence to successfully carry out a wide range of treatments from a simple cosmetic procedure to full mouth rehabilitation and dental implants. Dr. Dhaliwal is currently is a trainer of newly qualified dentists within the Oxford Deanery.

His focus is always on quality care and the patient experience. He believes in patient focused dentistry and understands the importance of listening and putting patients at ease.

Dr Reena Dhaliwal

Dental Practitioner

Reena qualified from Bart's and The London, Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2007 with Honours. She was a prize winning student and was recognised for her outstanding academic achievement.

Reena joined The Dental Surgery Burnham in 2008 and since become a trainer of newly qualified dentists within the Oxford Deanery since 2010. Reena applies her calm nature and patient focused approach to her dentistry putting her patients as ease. She has interest in aesthetic dentistry and oral surgery. She enjoys keeping up to date with modern techniques by attending postgraduate courses and conferences.

Outside of work Reena is a full time mum and enjoys travelling and partaking in charity work.

Dr Mandeep Takhar

Dental Practitioner

Mandeep qualified from Guy's Hospital, London in 1997. After an initial period in general dental practice he gained valuable experience in oral surgery working in a maxillofacial department of hospital and became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Mandeep returned to general practice and with a number of excellent mentors became a practice principal, initially joint with Robert Lenko. He modernised the friendly, welcoming family practice that Rob had developed over 30 years and with his team helped develop the practice that we have today. He has interests in periodontology and conservative dental surgery. He became a trainer of newly qualified dentists within the Oxford Deanery in 2009 and an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons in London for post graduate dentists.

Mandeep sees children through the NHS and adult patients on a private basis.

Dr Archana Depala

Dental Practitioner

Archana qualified in 2010 from Barts and the London Dental institute, since then she has provided high quality care in multiple practices gaining vast experience in general dentistry. In 2011 she was awarded the MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons England and is now a trainer of newly qualified dentists within the Oxford deanary.

Archana has a good understanding of her patients, their fears and their treatment needs. She leaves her patients feeling confident with their smiles and having greater satisfaction within them. She has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, treating children and proactively keeps up-to date by attending regular courses

Dr Rajdeep Sandher

Dental Practitioner

Raj graduated with Merit from The University of Leeds. Whilst enjoying all aspects of dental care, he has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry including white fillings and tooth whitening. He has also undertaken further training to allow him to provide clear white braces to discretely align teeth and perfect the smile.

Raj is a very keen individual who values further education. His qualifications include a degree in Biochemistry and a postgraduate certificate in primary dental care. Raj plans to continue his professional development and attend further postgraduate courses to keep up with the latest innovations and be able to provide the best possible care for his patients.

Dr Shahab Ghassemi

Dental Practitioner

 Shabs joined the team in September 2017.

 He graduated from the University of Sheffield with the James E. Swindells Prize in General Dental Practice for the quality of his patient care. 

Shabs put his patients above all else, and  wants to listen to and address your unique concerns and needs. Shabs hopes to build a relationships with each patient he meet, rather than just improving teeth.

 Shabs has a big interest in dental technology, especially using it for cosmetic dentistry such as crowns, veneers, tooth whitening and Invisalign.

In his spare time,he loves weightlifting in the gym, watching football and spending time with his family and friends.

Danielle Cains

Dental Hygienist

Danielle qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist with distinction from Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University. She was awarded prizes for achieving the highest overall grade in her cohort for a research project, highest overall grade in her cohort in Dental Hygiene and exemplary clinical skills related to a Dental Therapist.Danielle is passionate about educating her patients and has a very caring approach. She has a special interest in periodontal care and paediatric dentistry.In her free time, she enjoys keeping fit, going for food with friends and is currently busy renovating her new home.
