Dr Anish Badami has worked at Solent House Dental Centre since 2001 and in November 2014 became the Practice Owner with his colleague and friend, Dr Susan Bush.
Dr Susan Bush has worked at Solent House since 1995 and in November 2014 became the Practice Owner with her colleague and friend, Dr Anish Badami. Sue trained at Kings College Hospital (University of London) and qualified in December 1990 with the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery with honours.
Dr June Chander
Dr June Chander qualified in 2002 from the Royal London Hospital obtaining BDS with distinction. After completing various senior house officer positions in dental hospitals around London, June started her specialist training in orthodontics in the Eastman Dental Hospital and obtained an MSc with distinction and MOrth in 2010.

Dr Anish Badami has worked at Solent House Dental Centre since 2001 and in November 2014 became the Practice Owner with his colleague and friend, Dr Susan Bush.

Anish graduated from Manchester University in 1990 and subsequently gained his MSc in Paediatric Dentistry from Kings College Dental Hospital in London. Following this, he spent 8 years as a dental officer in the Royal Navy spending time at sea, abroad and with the UN looking after children in an Israeli refugee camp.

His work has been published in a number of leading dental journals and Dr Badami ensures that Solent House is kept up to date with the latest developments and guidelines in dentistry.

He is known for his pleasant manner, gentle approach and professional skills.

Dr Susan Bush

Dental Practitioner

Dr Susan Bush has worked at Solent House since 1995 and in November 2014 became the Practice Owner with her colleague and friend, Dr Anish Badami. Sue trained at Kings College Hospital (University of London) and qualified in December 1990 with the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery with honours.

She stayed at Kings for a year as a Dental Health Officer, gaining further experience in oral surgery and dental conservation.

Dr Bush believes that it is her gentle, caring approach that helps to build trusting relationships with each of her patients, the majority of whom have come through personal recommendation.

Dr June Chander

Registered Specialist Orthodontist

Dr June Chander qualified in 2002 from the Royal London Hospital obtaining BDS with distinction. After completing various senior house officer positions in dental hospitals around London, June started her specialist training in orthodontics in the Eastman Dental Hospital and obtained an MSc with distinction and MOrth in 2010.

Orthodontic treatment involves the straightening of crooked or over-crowded teeth. The first step is to discuss your concerns with your own general dentist who will then contact Dr Chander referring you as an orthodontic patient.

Mr Atul Kusanale

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Mr Atul Kusanale is a Consultant Head, Neck and Reconstructive Surgeon within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department in Poole Hospital Foundation Trust.

He qualified in dentistry from the prestigious Government Dental College in Mumbai and following this, completed his Masters. He graduated in Medicine from St Georges University of London in 2006.

Mr Kusansale has presented at regional, national and international conferences and published in national and international peer reviewed journals. His research interest is in head and neck cancer and is currently researching molecular cancer bio-markers.

Mr Parkash Ramchandani

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Mr Parkash Ramchandani is the clinical lead for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Dorset and the lead for clinical governance in Poole Hospital. He qualified in dentistry from Liverpool University in 1990 and studied medicine in St Andrews and Manchester Universities, obtaining a degree with honours in 1997. He undertook his basic surgical training in Manchester and later moved to the South Coast for his higher surgical training in 2000.

He was appointed a consultant in Poole Hospital in 2005. He is passionate about teaching and training and is the educational supervisor for 2 registrars and a clinical supervisor also.
