For patients that take warfarin medication. This clinic is run by our nurse practitioner Dennis Richards. You will be referred to this clinic by a doctor if necessary.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We will write to you and invite you to make an appointment to see one of our nurses in the asthma clinic.  The asthma clinic is held on a Monday afternoon and is run by our practice nurses.

Appointments are available in this clinic from 2:00 to 5:30pm.

You will receive an appointment by post for your baby to attend for routine immunisations which are held on Friday mornings.  If this is not convenient please contact the surgery on 01527 872008.

Diabetic Clinic- Davenal House Surgery
Monday 14.00 pm- 16.45 pm,Tuesday 11.20 am - 13.00 pm, Wednesday 8.30 am until 10.30 am.

Insulin Clinic- Davenal House Surgery
These clinics are run by our Diabetic nurse. If necessary you will be referred to either one of these clinics by one of our clinicians.

If you have a Learning Disability you will be sent a letter for an appointment annually for a health check.

Family Planning Clinic - Davenal House Surgery

Appointments are available for advice,procedures etc on Thursday's 9.00 am - 12.00 pm with Dr Jill Boeckx and 2.00 to 6.00 pm with Dr Oozageer and the Practice nurse.
Appointments available with the nurse for Depo Injections and Pill check between 16.00-17.40 pm
Advice on all forms of contraception is also provided within ordinary surgery times by appointment.

Minor Surgery

Some minor surgical procedures can be performed by your doctor at the surgery by prior arrangement with your doctor.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Counselling is available to Davenal House and Stoke Prior Surgeries patients after being referred by one of our clinicians.

Please book your appointment at least eight to ten weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. A charge will be made for certain immunisations and vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS.
