Dr Patel joined EHMC in August 2016 having qualified from Manchester Medical School in 2011 and went on to complete her foundation training in Barnet & Chase Farm NHS Trusts and East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.  She began GP training in Croydon in August 2013 and successfully obtained her MRCGP qualification in August 2016.

Dr Shah graduated from Cambridge University Pre-Clinical Medical School in 2009 and University College London Clinical Medical School in 2012. She completed her Foundation Training in the Royal Free and Lister Hospitals and is currently undertaking her GP Registrar Training under the supervision of Dr Kelshiker. ​
Dr Shammi Sheth
Dr Sheth joined EHMC in June 2017. He qualified from University College London medical school in 2011. Following on from foundation training in Oxford, he completed his GP training in Enfield and Haringey in August 2016. He has an interest in elderly care and medical education.

Dr Christopher Jenner

General Practitioner

Dr Chris Jenner joined the practice in 1989. He qualified at University College London. He has special interests in elderly care, case management for people entering the last phase of life, prescribing and teaching in general practice. Currently he is one of the Trainers in the practice and for 10 years was a Course Organiser on the Northwick Park GP training Scheme and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. Chris leads in the areas of Clinical Performance, Finances and Premises within our management framework. Chris also has overall management responsibility for the running of the practice.

Chris has an advisory role in supporting the development of services for older people in Harrow and Chairs the newly constituted "Virtual Ward".  The Virtual Ward supports practices in caring for patients with complex problems. Dr Jenner is a Senior Examiner for the Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (DGM) at the Royal College of Physicians. He is also actively involved in the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) sitting on the Fellowship Committee of the North and West London Faculty where he was the past Provost and Chairman. 

Chris is a keen Arsenal supporter and enjoys outdoor pursuits and can often be seen on his bike in the locality making his house calls!

Dr Ashok Ramesh Kelshiker

Dr Kelshiker joined the practice in  November 2002. He qualified ,at Manchester Medical School in 1993. He has special interests in dermatology, diabetes, and elderly care. 

Dr Kelshiker is a GP trainer on the Barnet GP training scheme and he is also the co-lead for education for Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group.

Dr Naomi Vaughan

General Practitioner

Dr Vaughan joined the practice in February 2003. She qualified from St Mary's Hospital, London (now Imperial College) in 1991. She has special interests in women's health and minor surgery, having previously worked as a surgeon in hospitals. 

Dr Vaughan also is the lead GP for Foundation Training in the practice and is the lead clinical supervisor for the FY2 doctors attached to the practice.

Dr Lisa Francis

General Practitioner

Dr. Francis qualified at the Royal London Hospital in 1993 and after spending some time in hospital medicine, mainly specialising in obstetrics and gynaecology, she completed her GP training in Newham. Dr. Francis joined EHMC In May 2008 as part of the GP returner scheme on a part-time basis and now also teaches medicine in the community to University College London students.

We have a dietician [employed by our local community service provider] who provides dietetic services to our patients with diabetes, high cholesterol and other health problems.

Some minor surgery can be carried out in our well equipped treatment room by Dr Vaughan who before she saw the light and became a GP was a surgeon.

We do not remove things for cosmetic reasons only because they are causing physical irritation or discomfort. You will be asked to make an appointment to see her and she will decide if it is appropriate to remove it in the surgery.
