Dr Sheetal Hindocha

Principal Dentist

Dr Hindocha qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2003 and later gained a Master's degree in Advanced General Dental Practice from the University of Birmingham. She took over the practice in 2015.

Dr Hindocha enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetic dentistry. She loves working with children and has lots of experience in putting nervous patients at their ease. She completed a year long Advanced Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry Course in 2016, so can confidently restore patients' smiles.

When not busy treating her patients, Dr. Hindocha enjoys spending time with her family, especially her little boy. She also enjoys; cooking, travelling and reading.

Ms Kiran Basra

Dental Therapist

Kiran completed her BSC (Hons) Degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy in 2013 at the University of Portsmouth. She now carries out a range of hygiene, periodontal and restorative treatments.

She aims to enhance each patient's experience with her caring and holistic approach to dentistry. She has a special interest in oral health promotion and how it can affect general well-being. She is also keen to restore dentally anxious patients' confidence and strongly believes that building a good rapport with patients is key to providing the highest standard of care.

Outside of work Kiran enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Ashwin Patel

Dental practitioner

Ashwin trained at the University of Birmingham and qualified in 2012. Since then he has gained a broad range of experience working in several busy NHS and private general dental practices treating patients with a range of dental needs.

He works well with children and anxious patients and takes pride in providing minimally invasive dentistry.

He has an interest in direct aesthetic restorative dentistry (tooth coloured materials) and is highly motivated to provide quality dental care to patients using the finest materials and equipment.

He is committed to professional development and has attended various dental courses providing opportunity to learn and develop new skills that adopt the latest technology and techniques. There is no doubt that his clinical ability and standards are very high with the aim of creating and maintaining a healthy functioning dentition for all his patients.

Ashwin has also been involved in lecturing undergraduate dental students at the University of Birmingham as well as postgraduate master’s students at the University of Manchester.

In his spare time, he enjoys photography, travelling and participating in a range of sports. He is an avid skier and has participated in the occasional skydive! In the past, he trained in martial arts and achieved the grade of second Dan black belt in karate.

Dr Neil Tanna

Dental Practitioner

Neil qualified in 2015 from the University Of Leeds. He completed general dental practice Vocational Training in Leicester. He then broadened his experience by completing an additional year in each Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Northampton General Hospital, and Restorative Dentistry at the Leeds Dental Hospital. Neil takes pride in providing comprehensive general dental care including fillings, crowns, veneers, root canal work and denture work. Minimally invasive techniques, tooth whitening, tooth coloured fillings and restoring worn down teeth are particular areas of dentistry which Neil enjoys. Continued development has always been important to Neil who's keen to stay on top of the latest techniques and skills by engaging in various additional courses. Outside of work, Neil enjoys keeping up to date with technology, watching films and keeping fit in the gym.
