Dr Bala Sankarasubbu

Mrs Sharon Webb

Nurse Practitioner

Sharon joined our team in April 2017, following completing her Independant Prescribers Qualification at Keele university.  She will be running our minor illness clinics to see and treat patients .  She is a very experienced  nurse with a background in emergency medicine as well as GP practice and Community Nursing.

Mrs Isobel Evans

Nurse Practitioner

Isobel  joined our team in August 2017 on a sessional basis.  She has had a long career in the community and more recently as a Nurse Practitioner at the local community HUB.  She will be running a minor illness session at the practice.

Mrs Kath Baddeley

Practice Nurse

Kath is a very experienced Practice Nurse, having worked in several practices locally.  She joined our practice in 2012 following the retiement of Dr Ghosh.  She is our lead nurse for data quality & infection control, as well as running our chronic disease clinics and looking after our vulnerable patients.

Donna is a very experienced Health Care Assistant, having trained and worked locally for many years.

She has achieved a Health Care Qualification at  Staffordshire University. 

She joined our team in July 2015 and will be delivering the NHS Health Check Programme as well as BP checks, Over 75 Health Checks & home visits, Over 65 Helath Checks,New Patient Health Checks and other HCA duties.

Donna is also running  chronic disease clinics with our practice nurses.

Practice Manager

Practice Manager Bev Heath joined the team in November 2012.  She has worked in GP practices since 1984 and is an experienced Practice Manager.  Qualifications include the Graduate Certificate In Leadership & Management, completed at Staffordshire University in July 2012.

Sue joined our practice in April 2018.  She has many years of experience in working in GP practice settings.  Sue will be working with our administration team.

Lindsey has been a member of the reception team since June 2016.  She has a  background in administration and other customer facing roles.  She is also a qualified smoking cessation adviser.

Annette joined our team in April 2017 following the Adderley Green Surgery merger. Annette has many years experience in GP practice management, having worked in local practices.

Jane has over 20 years experience of working in a GP practice.  She joined our practice team following the Adderley Green merger in April 2017.

Immy joined our practice following the Adderley Green merger in April 2017.  She has an administration background, having worked at the 111 previously.  She is currently undertaking the AMSPAR medical terminology qualification.

Jacqui joined our practice following the Adderley Green merger in April 2017.  She has an administration background and previously worked at the 111 service.

Mrs Rahel Bereketab

Administrator

Rahel joined our administration team in November 2017.  She is experienced in working in the GP practice setting, haivng worked in local practices.

She is also a qualified interpreter.

Stephanie joined our reception team in March 2018.  She has a caring background having worked as a carer in the community.
