Dr Siddique was born in Hull, Humberside.  He moved to Lesotho, a small country in Southern Africa, and returned to England to complete his undergraduate schooling at  Clifton College in Bristol.  He gained admission to The London Hospital Medical College (The Royal London), where he completed his medical training.

Having completed his GP training he joined the practice initially as a locum and subsequently became a partner.  During his training he attained his general practice postgraduation, the MRCGP (Member of the Royal Collegbe of General Practitioners).

He has particular interests in Asthma, Primary Care ITG and Acupuncture.  In his free time he is an active member of St John Amb ulance, for the Hadleigh and Benfleet division.
