Services

All patients with chronic diseases are monitored and reviewed by the practice nurse. These reviews are annual and patients will be invited by letter by the practice recall system to attend a 20 to 30 minute appointment.

This is a 'drop in' clinic run by the Health Visitor for children under the age of 5 years. It is held every Tuesday between 10.00am and 11.30am at St. Luke's Church on Blackbrooke Road

This is a short cllinic run by general practitioners offering a range of procedures. Please contact reception for further details and avaailability.

This clinic is only for blood taking.

This service is now provided at Broomhill Surgery every Monday

This service requires a referral by your GP

Our practice nurse is qualified to administer all travel vaccinations. Pleae allow up to 15 to 20 minutes for your appointment if your travel is extensive as our practice nurse will give you vaccination information prior to your vaccination.
Please also ensure that you leave sufficient time prior to your travel for all relevant vaccinations to be administered and important information given to you. There will be a charge for all travel vaccinations. Please ask our reception staff for our current vaccination charges. Please Note that we are no longer offering Yellow Fever vaccinations.
Prior to your travel and appointment with the practice nurse, please complete a Travel Health Questionnaire which you can download from the 'News & Documents'  section of this website, or alternatively collect one from reception. We ask that you hand this completed questionnaire into reception before your  appointment date with the practice nurse.
