If you cannot attend the Tuesday afternoons and your child needs their vaccination please make an appointment to see the nurse any other day/time the practice is open and when convenient for you to attend, please bring your childs red book with information of any immunisations to date
 
 

Health Visitor will be available to give you advice and support on child health and the doctor will do the six week medicals
if you need to see the Health Visitor or the Doctor please contact the practice reception and they will take message and give to Health Visitor/Doctor

COPD appointments are usually annually and 30 minute appointment
Spirometry available

weight check appointments are usually 20 minutes long advice on diet and lifestyle is discussed

we have phlebotomy clinics at both practices, clinics held throughout week

If you feel you need counselling please contact the practice to discuss with Doctor and he will discuss with counsellor if appropriate or he will advise on appropriate services
The Counsellor will assess and offer therapy for upto six sessions, appointments are 1 hour long
The counsellor will also see patients that are not registered with the practice and appointments are made directly with her.

This service requires a referral by your GP

first appointment for smoking cessation are usually 30 minutes then follow up appointments are 20 minutes

appointments for travel health are usually 30 minutes and before booking appointment please let the reception staff know what the appointment is for and where you are travelling this will help the nurse to check the vaccinations required and if you have already had and if there is enough vaccination in stock before you attend appointment
we do not have yellow fever vaccine-but have details of where services provided locally
