Asthma Clinic - Asthma and COPDAsthma means that the small airways of the lungs can at times become narrower than usual. This can make it harder to breathe, and migh cause wheezing and cough. Asthma is now extremely common. Whilst most asthma is mild and easily controlled it can at times be extremely servious and a threat to life. Therfore it is very important to manage asthma well. All patients with asthma are offered a yearly review as an opportunity to discuss any symptoms or problems they may be having with medication. Patients will be given a personalized management plan to enable them to manage their asthma to their best ability.Your GP will arrange for you to attend the asthma clinic.
