Dear Parents, you can attend the Drop-in Baby Clinic and see the Health Visitor
every Tuesday from 14.00-15.30 at The Medical Centre, 7E Woodfield Road,London W9 3XZ,

The diabetic review clinic is run by our nurses. They will perform and arrange a variety of tests, give diet and exercie advice, and will ensure that all aspects of your care are discussed.

Bloods samples are collected at the practice by Feruza, our HCA. You would need to make an appointment to have your blood taken.Please ask our Patient coordinators for advice.
