You will be contacted by the practice annually to attend for an asthma review however, if you want to be seen sooner to discuss management of your condition please contact reception.

The Health Visitors attend the surgery every Tuesday for weighing and advice

Appointments are sent out by Whelley hospital

You will be contacted by the practice annually to attend for a COPD review however, if you want to be seen sooner to discuss management of your condition please contact reception.

We offer minor surgery in our practice with clinics being held fortnightly on Mondays. This service includes joint injections, cryotherapy, removal of lumps and bumps such as moles, skin tags etc. Please speak to your GP for a referral if you require minor surgery.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We now have the facility to take blood from patients, saving you a trip to the community clinics or the hospital. Please book an appointment at reception.

Our practice counsellor takes referrals from our GP's. If you do get referred, Lesley or Chris will contact you with an appointment time.

If you would like help to quit smoking, arrange an appointment with one of our nurses or Health Care Assistants who will be happy to provide you with the necessary support.

Going abroad? Not sure if you need any vaccinations? Give us a call about 6-8 weeks before you plan to go abroad, our receptionists will need the following information.............. Where are you going? How long for? What type of accommodation are you staying in? Are you stopping anywhere on the way? The practice nurse will then assess what vaccines you require and we can arrange an appointment. Please note - we are a Yellow fever Centre. Even if you require a Yellow Fever injection and are registered at another practice, we can still vaccinate you. Please contact reception.
