Ms Fran Williams

Healthcare Assistant

Fran supports our nursing staff by seeing patients for blood tests, routine reviews, hypertension reviews, and some immunisations. She has been working for the practice for several years and has recently also taken on our diabetic foot risk assessments.

She also carries out new patient health checks, nhs health checks and visits some of our vulnerble patients at home.

We are extremely fortunate to have recruited Debbie to our team. She is qualified to fit coils and implants, deal with womens health and sexual health and also specialises in asthma and COPD . She is a prescriber in her own right and is happy to see patients with coughs, colds and wheezes!

Practice Manager

Val started at Hillview in November 2016 and has been employed to oversee changes to the operational side of the practice as well as managing the business.

She has over 20 years of experience in primary care and in 2011 won national practice manager of the year as well as being runner up in 2012 and 2013.

Operations Manager

Sally has been at Hillview for 25 years. Her support to the team and her knowledge is invaluable. She ably assists Val Denton in her role as practice manager and togther they deal with the day to day running of this buy practice.

Reception Staff

Mandy is our Reception Manager and was recruited to lead the team when the practice was under going a period of change. Her experience as a lead receptionist at two surgeries in Weston Super Mare has enabled her team to grow and change over the 6 months she has been in post.

Mrs Alison Grant

Clinical pharmacist prescriber

Alison is an extremely experienced clinical pharmacist prescriber whose specialty is Diabetes. She also deals with all medication queries and medication reviews as well as minor ailments. In the first instance, you will be referred to her if there is any issue concerning medication.The GPs rely on her expertise to keep them updated on medication changes and they will refer their patients to her for follow up on occasion.
