There is a drop in clinic on Wednesday afternoons 1.30pm to 3.30pm run by the Child Services Team

Run by qualified Diabetic nurses to monitor patients with a diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes

Everyone with a Learning Disability is encouraged to have a general healthcheck annually. Please make an appointment with our general nurse or your chronic disease nurse

An appointment should be made with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner to discuss the options and risks, before the procedure. They will advise of an appointment after this discussion.

Please see a Doctor if you have any concerns a bout a skin problem and they will ensure you are suitable for treatment in-house or whether a referral to another service is required.
