Services

Long term conditions include Asthma and Diabetes.  The practice will send out invites to attend for an annual review of these conditions during the month of the patients birth.  You may be asked to have a blood test before the actual appointment with the Nurse Specialist.  The Nurse will arrange other appointments as necessary.

The practice sends out timely reminders to parents to advise them of their childrens' required immunisation, please phone in for an appointment with the Practice Nurse.

Patients who have been identified by a GP as requiring a minor procedure or would benefit from cyrotherapy will be offered an appointment with Dr Immelman.

If your GP requires you to have a blood test please telephone the surgery for an appointment with Debby.

If you would like to stop smoking please contact the surgery for an appointment or alternatively telephone the East Kent Stop Smoking Service on 0800 849 444 for advice or other appointments outside of the clinic above.

Patients travelling abroad who require immunisation will be asked to complete a travel health questionnaire (available at reception). On receipt of this the nurse will be able to administer or arrange the correct vaccines.

Patients accessing this service are asked to specify to the receptionist that they require a YPC appointment and their request will be accomodated.
