At around 6-8 weeks old the doctors will perform an examination of your baby to ensure everything is going to plan. An appointment will be sent to you for this, however, if you have not received an appointment please contact the surgery to arrange one.

This service requires a referral by your GP

You will receive an invitation for any immunisations necessary. However, if your child is not up to date with their immunisations please telephone us for an appointment

The surgery is not able to offer yellow fever vaccinations but continues to offer the common travel vaccinations.

Please complete a pre-travel questionnaire before booking to see the practice nurse. She will look in your medical records and recommend which vaccinations are needed. Please note there may be a charge for some vaccinations.
