After graduating from St. Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003, Hardip spent most of his clinical time in private general practice. His practice is limited to advanced orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
Hardip is the Clinical Director of Dental Centre in Bournemouth, and Ringwood Dental, Hampshire. He is also the orthodontic partner at the Smile Studios in Richmond.
Having studied extensively Hardip has developed a broad range of general dental and cosmetic dental skills.

Jonathan qualified as a dentist from Bristol Dental School in 2010, having achieved Merits in Restorative Dentistry, Paediatrics and Orthodontics. Jonathan is also appointed as a Dental Foundation Trainer with Bristol Dental Hospital, looking after newly qualified dentists.
In Dentistry, Jonathan is particularly interested in Endodontics (Root canal treatment) and Cosmetic dentistry. He is also currently working towards to achieve MFDS (Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery) this year.

Jason, born in Poole, Dorset qualified as a dental surgeon from Barts & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010. Following this he returned to the South Coast and accepted his first post as a dentist.
As part of his continued professional development he worked in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department (Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) which enhanced his skills and interests in oral surgery.
He is currently working towards his membership into The Faculty of Dental Surgeons after which he intends to incorporate the use of Botox and dental implants into his practice.
