Dr Hardip Singh Dhatt

Dental Practitioner

After graduating from St. Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003, Hardip spent most of his clinical time in private general practice. His practice is limited to advanced orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. 

Hardip is the Clinical Director of Dental Centre in Bournemouth, and Ringwood Dental, Hampshire. He is also the orthodontic partner at the Smile Studios in Richmond. 

Having studied extensively Hardip has developed a broad range of general dental and cosmetic dental skills.

Mr Mandeep Inder Singh Mitha

Dental Practitioner

After qualifying from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005, Mandeep went on to complete his general dentistry training in a mix of NHS and private practices across London. It was during this time that he acquired the skills and expertise to treat simple and more complex cases including smile makeovers and full mouth rehabilitations.  Mandeep joined the team at Ringwood in 2009 and during this time has helped to improve the overall dental health of his patients and giving them smiles to be proud of.  Many patients and staff have commented on Mandeep's friendly and approachable personality and because of this he regularly receives referrals from happy patients. He enjoys treating both children and anxious patients.  He has attended numerous post-graduate courses and lectures in all aspects of dentistry to keep him at the forefront of modern dentistry.

Mr Phil PAPAIOANNOU

Dental Practitioner

Philip graduated from King's College London and spent two years practicing in Taunton, Somerset. Following completion of vocational training he worked as a Senior House Officer in Musgrove Park Hospital Maxillofacial Unit treating oro-facial trauma and assisting in head and neck surgery. During these two years he met his wife, got married and then relocated to Bournemouth in 2010.  He has since worked in general dental practice in a small number of practices across Dorset and Hampshire before settling in Ringwood Dental.  Philip and his wife Lauren plan to live on the south coast indefinitely. They have two sons, Jacob born in 2010 and Archie in 2013.  In his free time, Philip likes mountain biking and camping with the whole family.

Mrs Emma Louise Caroline Ryman

Dental Practitioner

Emma graduated from the University of Wales, college of medicine Dental school in 2004.  She worked in Wales for 3 years before moving home to the South Coast. Emma joined Ringwood Dental in August 2009.  Emma's professional interests lie in oral surgery and in general dentistry.  When Emma is not at the practice she enjoys time at home with her husband and her son.
