Please call the Surgery or Login to Patient Access to book an appointment with one of our Nurses for an Asthma, Chronic Heart Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Diabetes review appointments. Also Cervical Screening appointments are available at a time to suit your availability..

Child Immunisation Appointments are available with our Nurses. Please contact the Surgery to book an appointment.

Our first Flu Clinic for the over 65's will be held on Saturday 21st September 2019, from 9.30am - please telephone for an appointment. This year again the Flu vaccinations for the under 65's have been delayed, please telephone the Surgery to book an appointment, or book on-line via Patient Access. Thank you.

For Patient's who live more than 1 mile or 1.6 kilometres from a Pharmacy. Lawford Surgery and the whole Dispensing Team are all Member's of the DDA - Dispensing Doctor's Association. Currently we hold Dispensing Review of Medication Clinic's (DRUM Clinic) with Patient's on Tuesday afternoons. This DRUM Clinic is held by Mrs Sharon Lucas our Dispensing Technician. Lawford Surgery is not a Travel Clinic therefore you are now required to obtain information for travel advice and which vaccination(s) is/are recommended prior to booking with the Practice Nurse. Please call in to the Surgery to collect a Travel Health Procedure form, once completed please bring this along to your appointment with our Practice Nurse. Our Receptionist will help you with any questions with regard to booking an appointment with Nurse.
