If you are diagnosed with certain Long Term Conditions we run clinics in surgery to help you manage your condition and find the best way to help you stay as healthy as possible.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We have regular clinics from Midwifery to Child Vaccinations clinics to ensure that your child is cared healthy and well.

We are delighted to invite our patients with Learning Disabilities to a yearly review with a Practice Nurse. It is important that you stay well and look after your health. We have some leaflets as Easy Read to help you and you can also talk to the Nurse about any problems or worries you may have about your health.
