The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

We have qualified family planning nurses who can see patients for oral contraception, depo injections, diaphragm/cap fitting and discussions about IUCD or implants and natural family planning.

We offer a comprehensive service including advice and immunisations for patients travelling abroad. Please see the Practice Nurse 6 weeks before departure. Requirements do vary according to countries visited.

Some vaccinations are not available under the NHS and therefore a charge is made. We are also a registered Yellow Fever Centre.
