This is for patients on Warfarin.  Our doctors are fully trained to commence patients on Warfarin and to dose according to results of tests.  Full instructions will be given to patients as to the dose they should be taking
 
Please bring your Warfarin Book to every test

These clinics are run to help patients gain maximum control of their asthma

This clinic is run by our Practice Nurses you will be sent a letter from child Health what immunisations are reuired and you will be contact either by lterr or telephone call with an appointment for your child to attend

Advice and support given to help patients manage their condition

All blood tests are carried out
For a fasting blood test you need to fast for 14 hours.  This means no food for 14 hours before the blood test and also you can only drink water for 14 hours before the blood test.  You can take your medication.  We would encourage patients to drink plenty of water during this 14 hours
 

All appointments are on a one to one basis and not held as a group session  Full advice and support given to assist smokers become ex smokers
