Balinder qualified in 2004 and continued postgraduate training by gaining her MFDS in Edinburgh while doing her SHO maxillofacial post at Sunderland Royal Hospital in 2006.

In 2007 she obtained a diploma in Conscious Sedation from Newcastle and has carried out over 5000 cases since.  Curently Balinder is the sole performer for the NHS Sedation Services provinding sedation for South Tees on a referral basis.  Along with the team she aims to not only put patients at ease but provide high quality NHS and private dental care and guide patients to prevent dental disease and maintain good oral health. 

Balinder has always been keen on broadening her knowledge and experience in dentistry.  Her spcialist interests are sedation, cosmetic dentistry and Invsalign, aswell as facial fillers.

Balinder took over the practice in July 2016 and currently works there everyday. In her spare time she has her hands full with her two toddlers but when not looking after them she is a keen runner and charity fund raiser, having ran the 6 Major Marathons of the World for numerous charities.

DR Jasdeep Ladhar

Principal Dentist

Jasdeep qualified from St. Bartholomew's and The Royal London Dental School in 2003 with Honours and the prosthetics prize. He has continued his postgraduate training achieving the Member of Faculty of General Dental Practice (MFGDP) in 2007. He followed this up by enrolling onto the MSC Implant programme at Warwick University and at present has completed the Certificate course.

He is well experienced in placing implants in both simple and complicated cases and has worked under the mentorship of international speaker Professor Stuart Harding in Harley Street.

Jasdeep is a registered Fastbraces provider, and also has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and is hoping to do the well recognised Paul Tipton course.

Jasdeep works primarliy as the princial dentist at the Harrowgate Hill practice but does some sessions here too.  In his spare time Jasdeep  is a regular gym goer and enjoys traveling.

Mrs Lauren Willson

Dental Practitioner

Lauren graduated from Newcastle in 2013 and has worked in Teesside since then, completeing her fundation training in Middlesbrough before moving to Thornaby. She is qualifed in Quick Straight Teeth and has completed the Nigel Hargreaves One Year Resorative Course. She is currently on maternity leave.

Lauren lives in Stockton with her husband and two small children, and in her spare time enjoys spending quality time with them
