Our nurse-led annual reviews can help you manage your asthma.

Our experienced nursing team offer routine child immunisations.

Our practice nurses are very experienced in offering spirometry testing, if your GP feels it is necessary. The annual COPD reviews the nursing team offer are comprehensive and can help you manage your health.

Our nursing team is very experienced in offering wound care and dressing services to patients registered with us, as well as patients who choose to have their treatment with us after referral from their own GP.

One of our GPs are trained to provide long term contraception to patients. We are able to offer this service without a referral for patients registered with the practice. Patients at other practices can also access the services at Churchfields Medical Practice, with a referral from their GP.
