Assistant Practice Manager

Jacqui has worked for the surgery for 10 years and is the Assistant manager.  She deals with front line problems runs reception on behalf of the partners.  She stands in for the Business Partner in his absence.  Speak to her if you have a problem.  If she cannot deal with it she will escalate it to the Business partner
