Dr Lakshmi Balasubramanian

Lead NHS Dentist

Lakshmi is a qualified dentist from India. She qualified at DR MGR medical university, India 2003. She gained further experience by working in a private practice in India. She has done a lot of volunteer and charity dental work.

She got her full UK dental registration in 2009. She has undergone her vocational training in Blandford and she continued working as an associate dentist for 2 years.

She started working with us in June 2012 when we were St Ann Dental Care prior to joining Oasis in 2015.

Her interests are conservative and preventative dentistry. She is our Lead NHS Clinician

Roy Bent

Hygienist

Roy qualified in 1983 with RADC in Aldershot. Roy has worked full time in the NHS and Private Practice in the Army, Saudi Arabia and has also been based in Dorset since 199. He has worked in a number of practices around Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.

Roy has vast experience in Dental Hygiene and nervous or anxious patients. 

In his spare time his interests are photography, gardening and cooking.

Dr Myriam Biffen

Private Dentist

Myriam qualified in Mexico in 2006 and worked in her home city of Monterrey at a private practice for several years. She then moved to England and in 2013 re-qualified in the UK after passing the Overseas Registration Examination. Since then she has been practicing private dentistry in England.

She has a real passion for dentistry and is committed to providing high quality care based on scientific evidence and principles. She always aims to ensure the patient is put at ease and given a pain free experience whilst addressing their individual needs. As well as treating all patients, she enjoys treating children and nervous patients.

Myriam has a real interest in aesthetic dentistry, particularly clear aligners such as Invisalign and invisible braces, as well as new methods and treatments for providing improved smiles and whitening.

In 2015, Myriam passed her examinations to become a member of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She is also a member of the British Endodontic and Orthodontic society.

Myriam is studying an MSc in Aesthetic Dentistry at King’s College of London.

In her short time working in the UK Myriam has already established a strong reputation amongst her patients who enjoy her caring and professional approach.

In her spare time Myriam enjoys keeping fit and cooking and when time allows, painting with oils.

Amanda Brazier

Hygieist

Mandy trained professionally whilst serving in the RAF and holds a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Her belief in motivating and educating people is the foundation of good dental hygiene treatment.

Mandy is especially passionate about calming and supporting nervous patients, making sure good care is accessible to all.

In her spare time Mandy likes walking and spending time outdoors.

Dr Pooja Nayak

NHS Dentist

Pooja graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2000 and worked in a private practice in Mumbai before moving to England in 2008. She passed her ORE exams in 2012. She was working at Care Dental, Tidworth since 2014 providing both NHS and Private treatments before moving to join Oasis Salisbury in 2016.

She is caring, resourceful and solution-oriented always trying to keep abreast with continuing professional development. She is currently undergoing Post-Graduate Training from the University of Edinburgh.

Pooja lives in Salisbury with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys playing badminton, going to the theatre and listening to music.

Dr Pavani Reddy

NHS Dentist

Pavani graduated in 2004 and after working in private practice and teaching experience in India, moved to the UK in 2007.

She worked in Scotland in Aberdeen for 4 years providing community dental care after which she moved to England to practice general dentistry in 2013.

Continuing education has always been a priority and she regularly updates her knowledge regarding the latest/newest treatment methods. This has sharpened her clinical skills, improved efficiency and broadened her knowledge. She is a very caring professional who is especially good with nervous/phobic patients.

In her spare time she loves travelling and playing badminton.

Dr Isabelle Tillen

Private Dentist Surgical Specialist

Isabelle is a highly motivated and hard working dental associate, she has generated over 29 years of experience within both practice and hospital environments in the UK and overseas. She is on the specialist register for Oral Surgery and can offer sedation if required.

She is currently practicing general dentistry, oral surgery and implantology on a private basis. She has a professional and friendly manner with vast experience and skills.

Dr Denis Zenon

Private dentist Implantologist

I qualified from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 1987 after which he completed his post graduate diploma in Implantology at the University of Western Cape. He performs all aspects of dental treatment but he is now more focused on providing implant solutions for different situations. This included the replacement of teeth with implants with supported bridges over dentures.

Denis regularly visits his mentors in Germany for continuing education and updates on the latest developments in Implantology.
