Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse.

We hold a baby Clinic on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month whereby patients can see the health visitor, Doctor and Nurse for the following services:
Developmental checks with the Health visitor. The health visitor will conduct developmental checks, give advice on nutrition, safety and wellbeing and answer any queries you may have about your child.
Postnatal checks with the Doctor. Pre-booked clinic will be run by one of the regular doctors in the Practice to see mothers and babies for their 6-8 weeks check.
Immunisations with the Nurse. Our Nurse will be running an immunisation clinic.
Weigh your baby with our Health Care Assistant. Our HCA will help you weigh your baby and record the weight in the Red Book.
Baby Clinic will be run every 2nd and 4th Monday of the Month between 1:30 and 3:30 pm.

We are very keen on childhood immunisations. If you would like your child to be immunised you can attend a baby clinic where there is a walk in immunisation service, or call us to book an appointment with the Nurse. We will be very happy to discuss with you any concerns you may have about childhood immunisations.

Every Tuesday we have a Diabetes clinic run by the Diabetes Specialist Nurses from Homerton Hospital. They provide insulin initiation and specialist advice and support for Diabetes control and managmeent. Once a month the Diabetes Dietitian joins the clinic for specialist dietary advice.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Our Nurse Practitioner gives comprehensive LARC advice and offers IUCD checks and removals, but infrotunately we do not insert IUCDs at present.

Our HCA runs an appointment based phlebotomy clinic Monday to Thursday between 8:00am and 11:00am

Hackney Family Action run a counselling clinic at the Practice every Wednesday. The counsellor is happy to see any patient who has marital lor relationship problems, general life diddiculties, phobias or any general psychological difficulties.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We offer support for patients who wish to stop smoking.We also refer to Hackney Stop smoking services for specialist advice.

If you are travelling and wish to be vaccinated, please call us to book an appointment with the Nurse at least 2 weeks prior to travel. Please note that while travel advicce is free of charge, there may be a fee for some vaccinations.
