Anticoagulant blood monitoring clinics for patients taking anticoagulation medication such as Warfarin and Sinthrome.

Asthmatic patients are managed in practice, with invitations provided to an annual review. Poorly controlled patients may be followed up at more regular intervals.

The Practice provides post natal checks and 6 week baby checks with Dr Arya.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Appointments are made via NHS Bolton CCG, for babies and children to attend for their scheduled vaccination programme.

Patients with COPD are managed in house through an annual review. Follow up appointments are made for those needing greater input into their management.

Diabetic patients are managed in house with annual reviews, and appropriate follow up appointments made if appropriate. Nursing staff are trained in insulin initation for patients who may require this service.

The practice offers contraception injections for patients. Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse for this service.

Joint injections are provided by the GPs for management of pain.

We have an MSK Practitioner who can see Musculoskeletal problems that affect your neck, back, bones, joints or muscles. They can offer assessment, advice, exercise advice, joint injections, investigations and referrals.

A range of travel vaccinations are offered for patients travelling abroad. Please make your appointment with a Practice Nurse, at least 6 weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate protection.
