These clinics are run by one of our Diabetic Specialist Nurse, Lesley..

You first require a Diabetes Health check by a HCA for your annual or 6 monthly check. The HCA will then book you an appointment with Lesley .

If you require Minor surgery your Gp will refer you to this service.

You will be booked in with one of our Practice Nurses you must leave at least 6 weeks before you go travelling and the commencement of your Vaccines.
