We have Health Visitors who cover Flanshaw and Lupset in the building. Please discuss with your GP/Nurse if you are unsure of how to contact them.

COPD monitoring is available from the Practice Nursing Team. Spirometry can be done, following discussion with your clinician.

We have an in-house diabetic clinic for routine diabetic monitoring.

We also have a Joint Diabetes Clinic in association with the hospital consultant and the diabetic specialist nurse.

We have a Dietitian that specialises in patients with diabetes, who visits the surgery on a regular basis.
We can also refer those patients with diabetes to DESMOND which stands for Diabetes Education and Self Management for Ongoing and Diagnosed

Chris Ashton is our midwife and will be able to discuss all aspects of your antenatal care.

We provide all forms of contraception including intrauterine devices and implants which are done in the minor surgery clinic.

Minor Surgery procedures are available in our purpose built theatres. Your GP will need to assess whether minor surgery is appropriate. You will either be referred to a specialist at a hospital or instructed to make an appointment to come back to the surgery for the procedure to be done.

If your GP or Nurse recommends a blood test, this can be done by making an appointment with our Health Care Assistant or Practice Nurses.
