Appointments with the practice nurse MUST be made in advance

All patients who are registered at the practice with a learning disability will be invited to attend an annual review with either the GP or qualified nurse. It is important that patients attend these appointments as it offers an opportunity for the GP to ensure additional support is made available to the patient if required.

We offer a weekly contraception clinic with Dr Bola. The contraception clinic is for pre bookable appointment only.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Patients do not need to see a GP for a medication review. Please book an appointment with Pharmacist Dhiren Kawol at least 7 days before you run out of medication.

If you are required to attend the practice for a blood test. The phlebotomy clinics are accessible Monday-Friday. Please Note: Due to the hospital collection times blood test need to be carried out before 12 noon.

If you are experiencing pain caused by whiplash or suffering from ankle/back or joint pain patients can book direct into the musculoskeletal clinic.

This is a FREE services for patients aged over16 which is now available at our Creswell site.
