Dr Mohammed Sumair KHAN
Dr Khan qualified as a dentist in 1996 from St Bart’s and The Royal London Hospital, then completed his vocational training on the Whipps Cross Scheme of the London Deanery in 1997. He worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 1998-2000 in Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals initially then Chase Farm and Barnet General Hospitals in North London.
Dr Khan became a Lecturer for the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2005 and is involved in training postgraduate dentists for their membership exam and the overseas registration exam.
Dr Khan completed a Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry from the University of Warwick in 2008. He was awarded a Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2011.
Dr Sumair Khan is an experienced general dental practitioner with a special interest in oral surgery and implant dentistry. He is heavily involved in the education of postgraduate dentists. He is dedicated to provision of high quality dental care through training and development.

The team at Woodhouse are dedicated to providing high quality dental care, using the latest equipment and materials and proven scientific techniques. Continuous training of all team members ensure that we keep up-to-date.

In 2000 Dr Khan purchased Woodhouse Dental Practice, in partnership with his wife Dr Aneeta Yadava. He also started teaching Oral Surgery to undergraduate dentists by becoming a part-time lecturer at St Bart’s and The Royal London Hospital, a position held until 2007.

Jharna Begum

Practice Manager

Jharna joined Woodhouse Dental Practice in 2001. She is our highly skilled and capable Manager. She is very experienced in dealing with patients' needs and queries and will usually be the first person you speak to.

Jharna is also a fully qualified registered dental nurse and has worked in the dental industry for many years.

Her role at the practice is to ensure all patients have a professional and positive end-to-end experience. She strives to meet patients' objectives and deliver the highest possible standards of care with her highly motivated team.

Her vision is to continually improve the services we provide, so that we can give all our patients a 5 star dental experience that is second to none.

Mr Suraj Bhatt

Dental Hygienist Therapist

He qualified from Barts london, school of medicine and dentistry in 2016, with a dual qualification in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. He has since worked in private and NHS practices across the UK.

At Woodhouse, He educates patient and carry out a range of therapeutic hygiene treatments, including latest gum therapy such as Periochip, to prevent and maintain gum disease. Furthermore his Therapy qualification allows him to carry out cosmetic treatment such as teeth restorations and whitening.   It is important for him to provide good quality services in a relaxed, stress free setting which allows patients to feel at ease. He wholeheartedly believes that educating his patients and explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand is the first step to a healthy mouth. 

He is a member of the BSDHT and BADT and regularly attends lectures and courses to keep his knowledge up to date.

Outside of work he likes to keep fit by going gym and street dancing, travelling and experimenting with different cuisines.

Anwana Choudhury

Implant Coordinator

Anwana joined Woodhouse Dental Practice in 2002. At that time, Anwana was one of our dental nurses and that knowledge is one reason why she provides an excellent reception service.

Anwana understands patients' treatment and concerns and will always provide excellent customer service. Anwana is a registered Dental Nurse with 12 years experience. She has further qualifications in prevention in practice and impression taking.

She is our prevention in practice nurse providing patients with information on how to maintain oral hygiene and look after teeth.

Anwana is also our implant co-ordinator; she liaises with Dr Khan and Lydia to provide the best patient care whilst the patient is undergoing the treatment.

Chantal Munza

Nurse

Chantal joined Woodhouse Dental Practice in 2011 as a trainee dental nurse. In 2013 she completed her qualification and is a registered dental nurse. Chantal has a calm and confident approach that puts patients at ease. Chantal is keen to extend her nursing knowledge and continues to update this through the use of continuing professional development.

Dr Jon Nicholas

Dental Practitioner

Dr Nicholas graduated from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Once qualified he gained a position within the extremely competitive London deanery for one year of vocational training.

Dr Nicholas has a great passion for general dentistry but has a particular interest in conservative dentistry and dealing with anxious patients. Since graduating from dental school, he has completed a number of post graduate courses and is constantly looking to further his skills. He has completed part 1 of the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Away from practice life, Dr Nicholas has worked within the Royal London Dental Hospital. He was based within the dental emergency department and also within the oral surgery department.

Dr Nicholas loves all of his patients and will work extremely hard to ensure they receive the best standard of care.

Dr Kanita Nimalathas

Dental Practitioner

Kanita graduated from Barts and The London school of Medicine and Dentistry with honours. Once qualified, she gained a position with the London deanery.

She is known for her friendly, caring and gentle manner which has helped her patients from all different ages, backgrounds and anxiety levels. She enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and focuses on Prevention and Conservative treatment.

Since graduating she has been furthering her skills by going on courses and won prizes. She has completed part 1 of the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Kanita takes great satisfaction in providing up-to-date treatment within her patients’ best interests to provide the best standard of care.

Anna Aniela Pudelska

Trainee Nurse

Anna joined Woodhouse Dental Practice in 2015 as a trainee dental nurse. She expects to qualify in 2016. She is an energetic and attentive nurse who enjoys working to make the patient experience as pleasant as possible. Anna enjoys learning and improving her nursing skills and providing the best possible care.

Dr Aneeta YADAVA

Dental Practitioner

Dr Aneeta Yadava is an established general dental practitioner and a senior partner at Woodhouse Dental Practice, London N12 and Broadshires Dental Practice, Carterton Oxfordshire.

Aneeta qualified from St Bart’s & The Royal London Hospital, Queen Mary’s School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1995. She completed a year of vocational training in Bolton, then worked as an associate dental surgeon in Harlow, Essex and Haringey, London N8 before starting Woodhouse Dental practice with Dr M Sumair Khan in August 2000.

Dr Yadava has a very holistic approach and is very good with nervous patients. She has been trained and certified to perform Dental Homeopathy and Acupuncture. She has also been trained and certified in facial aesthetic treatment using Botox and Fillers.

Both Woodhouse and Broadshires Dental Practices achieved the BDA Good Practice and the Investor in People awards, under the direct management of Dr Yadava. She is well respected by the dental team and her patients.

Aneeta became a DF1 (Vocational Training) Trainer for the Oxford Deanery in 2010 and has successfully trained her second trainee and been reappointed as a trainer.

Dr Yadava is a very experienced general dental practitioner and her special interests include: Aesthetic Dentistry; Facial Aesthetics (treatment with Botox and Fillers); Dental Homeopathy and Dental Acupuncture.
