Primary care counselling serviceCounselling is a therapy that can help with problems including relationship difficulties, bereavement issues, difficulties at work, depression and anxiety and crisis situations. If your GP feels counselling will help you he will refer you, and you will be offered a maximum of seven sessions with our counsellor.

Smoking cessation clinicThe Stop Smoking Service provides free access to free support programmes that offer positive and practical support, and a step-by-step approach tailored to meet your needs.
