Mr Kalsi (Visiting Pharmacist) provides an anticoagulant monitoring clinic in the practice on Fridays for patients on warfarin who are suitable for community management. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

This service requires a referral by your GP

The practice offers annual reviews to all patients on our Asthma Register, as well as our other chronic disease registers, such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, etc. For more information, or to book your annual review, please speak to reception staff.

The practice carries out Child Health Surveillance Checks (often referred to as the 6-8 week baby check or the Postnatal Check) on all new-born babies. In the practice we arrange this for when your baby in 8 weeks old, this enables us to offer you and your baby your postnatal check, together with your baby’s first immunisations. We will contact you to arrange this. However if your baby is approaching 8 weeks old, and if you have not been contacted by the practice, please ring the practice and select Option 4 for Referral and speak to Debbie, and she will take you and your babies details, and arrange this appointment for you. Please ensure that you bring your baby’s red book with you to your Postnatal Check appointment. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please ensure that you have registered your baby at the practice prior to coming for you Postnatal Check. To register your baby you will need to bring to the surgery reception your baby’s red book and birth certificate.

Routine Childhood Immunisations are provided by our Nursing Team. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

The practice offers annual reviews and testing for all patients on our COPD register. For more information, or to book your annual review, please speak to reception staff.

Dressings and Wound Care are provided by our Nursing Team. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

During the Flu Season (Mid September to End of March), Flu Vaccinations are offered to all eligible patients. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

Annual learning disability health checks are offered at this practice to all patients on our Learning Disability Register. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

Dr Haque offers a contraceptive coil and implant service for both insertions and removals. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

Appointments for blood tests are available in the practice on Tuesdays from 11am to 12pm and Fridays from 9am to 10am. This service is provided by the local hospital trust, and it subject to the availability of phlebotomy staff from the hospital. For more information and to book an appointment, please speak to reception staff. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR BLOOD TEST FORM WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IAPT/ Talking Therapies Counsellors are available on site. For more information, please speak to reception staff.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We provide travel vaccination service to patients for those vaccines which are available to NHS Patients. We require at least 6 to 8 weeks notice for us to give you your travel vaccination/s prior to you travelling. For more information, please speak to reception staff.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT provide Yellow Fever vaccinations at this practice.
