Asthma Clinic
Child health and development - Child Health Surveillance (CHS)

All child health surveillance checks are carried out by the Health Visitor at the Borad Street Health Centre. Arrangements for this are made by the Health Visitor.
Health Surveillance Checks for babies 6-8 weeks are carried out at the practice by the GP twice a month. Please make an appointment with the GP when your baby has had their 6 week health check with the Health Visitor.

Child Immunisations

The Practice provides a full immunisation service. The Doctors and Practice Nurses are available for any information or discussion required.
We are part of the NHS Coventry computerised call and recall system whereby appointment reminders are sent automatically when due.

Primary care counselling service

A counselling service is available to patients following a referral from a member of the clinical team.
IAPT SERVICE (Advice, information and therapy service) is a service for people, aged 16 years and over, who experience stress, anxiety, low mood or depression. You can book yourself an appointment via the telephone on 0845 521 6100, or one of our GPs or Practice Nurses may recommend that you contact the service or refer you directly.
