Services

We hold several anti-coagulation clinics every week for patients who take Warfarin. We use the most up to date equipment and software available to ensure that we provide a accurate service. This service is overseen by the Partners, and a Senior Nurse with specific qualifications in Anti-coagulation.

Our Nurses and HCAs run Asthma clinics to diagnose and ensure that you are on the correct medication to control your symptoms, and will also check your technique to ensure you are using any devices like inhalers correctly. We normally see patients with Asthma at least annually, and ask that you bring your inhalers to your appointment.

8 week baby checks are offered in our surgery to access general physical health of newborn baby.

We offer child immunisations to all eligible children as part of our NHS services, we will normally contact you when they are due, and the schedule can be accessed below:

Mostly vaccinations are done on the day of 8th week baby check.

Our experienced heathcare team does regular reviews of our COPD patients.

We have experienced doctors and nurses looking after the clinical needs of our diabetic population of our practice. We also initiate insulin in our practice should the need arise.

Our HCA and Nurses carry out this clinic to look after our patients who need wound dressings.

This clinic is run by our HCA and nurses. Before ear syringing, patients are often advised to use olive oil for about 7-10days to help soften the ear wax.

We offer joint injections to our patients to help ease their joint pain symptoms. These injections are mostly recommended by either their consultant or GP.

We offer implant and contraceptive coil service to our patients.
We also run dedicated sexual health clinic where not only our registered patients but other surgery patients can come and attend the services for confidential advice and management of their sexual health issues. This clinic is run by doctors and nurses.

The practice offers a range of minor surgery procedures available on the NHS for the following:

Skin tag and mole removal
Cryo surgery for Verruca's
Joint Injections
Toenail Removal

We are aiming to extend our surgical services by introducing vasectomy and also accepting patients for minor surgery at Primary Care Surgical Scheme level from other surgeries.

Our HCA and Nurses offer this service and follow up. We also offer Weight Watchers referral under NHS for obesity management.

For all of our patients who have musculoskeletal issues now can access our in house Physiotherapy clinic. This is also open to patients from other surgeries.

Our HCA team looks after the patients who wants to stop smoking. Simply make an appointment at reception for Smoke Cessation and our experienced HCA team will be happy to help you.

Our experienced nurses run travel clinic and patients from other surgeries are welcome to attend this clinic. For further information, please contact surgery.
