Asthma Clinic - Asthma Clinic
Asthma reviews are held in our chronic illness clinics and are 20 minutes long they are held at all our sites on different days of the week, please contact reception for details.
These appointments are generated by Bridge Park Plaza - you will be sent the appointment by them we have no control over the time you are given.

Phlebotomy - Phlebotamist
These clinics are held on a daily basis on different days to cover all three sites. They are five minute appointments and are for routine blood tests e.g INR. Please contact the surgery for further details.

Smoking cessation clinic - Stop Smoking clinic
Please contact the surgery for appointment times - Thursdays are in the morning and Wednesdays in the evening.
If you are booking a holiday please complete a travel vaccination questionnaire at least eight weeks prior to departure. You will be asked to ring the surgery after approximately 7 days to see what if any vaccination(s) is/are required. The nurses will check what if any vaccinations are required for the area you are travelling to/in against your medical records. It may be that you need a course of treatment e.g. Hepatitis which will need to be booked several weeks before departure.
