Asthma reviews can be booked with either Nurse Lucy Desta, Dr A Patel or Dr H Grewal.

6 week check - appointment for mum is to be booked with Lucy in a Well Woman Clinic and baby will be seen by a doctor

Please book an appointment with nurses.

Patients are called on a yearly basis to attend a half hour appointment with one of the doctors.

For this service, you will need to have an initial consultation with the GP to determine whether the procedure you require can be carried out at the surgery or whether you need to be referred elsewhere.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We hold a weekly travel clinic on a Thursday morning and we require six weeks notice, this is so that we can guarantee you have your immunisations in plenty of time before you travel.

Please come into the surgery to complete a travel questionnaire and make an appointment. Alternatively you can go on our website (see link) https://www.whitelodgemedicalpractice.nhs.uk/digitalpractice/travel-service to complete travel questionnaire and send it to us online.

The form you complete will be given to the travel nurse to check what immunisations are required. If the nurse determines that you do not need any immunisations before travel, we will inform you and cancel your appointment.
