All Children's and Adolescent Mental Health Service across Southend, Essex and Thurrock are now called: Emotional Well-being and mental Health Service (EWMHS).
This service is for 0-18 year olds and young people with Special Needs up to the age of 25. Any young person experiencing emotional, well-being or mental health problems, or any parent, guardian, teacher of a child who is experiencing these difficulties may access the service by calling 0300 300 1600 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday.

We offer all child vaccinations as they become due. A GP must be on the premises when a nurse is giving child vaccinations. On receiving your reminder from Child Health Department giving you an approximate "due date", please book an appointment with the practice nurse.

Appointments for this clinic can be booked with the Practice Nurse at any time within the clinic hours.

Our Practice Nurse has clinics at any time on her clinic days. She also provides support for those diabetics that are not on insulin.

If a GP believes this to be beneficial they can refer you to a local surgery for a steroid joint injection where a clinician with the trained skills will be able to do this for you,

Please call 01375 898680 for a telephone assessment Patients can self refer to Inclusion Thurrock who offer a wide range of talking therapies for people experiencing low mood, depression or problems with anxiety. These include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and counselling. They also provide access to bereavement support services and practical support with employment, debt, benefits and housing issues.

We encourage all patients who smoke to attempt to give up. Our practice nurse is trained in Smoking Cessation. Appointments can be booked at any time. The GP's can also refer patients to Thurrock Healthy Lifestyle Services. This is run by Thurrock Council. Patients can self refer.
