If you are a patient of Castle Medical Group and you require vaccinations relating to foreign travel we ask that you submit a Travel Questionnaire (link via our *website) allowing a minimum of six weeks before travel. This will be reviewed by one of our Practice Nurses. A Receptionist will then ring you to arrange an appointment with the practice nurse and will outline which NHS vaccines you will need for the countries you are visiting or ask you to contact a Private Travel Clinic should you require any of the vaccinations mentioned below.
