Asthma Clinic - Asthma ClinicIt is important that we make contact either in person, by telephone or post with our patients with asthma every year. This way we can ensure that patients are receiving the optimum treatment. Please make an appointment if you have concerns about your asthma or have not had an asthma review in the last year.
Routine childhood immunisations scheduled in your child's Red Book. Please make an appointment as necessary with the practice nurses. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the schedule our nurses would also be happy to help.
It is important that we make contact either in person, by telephone or post with our patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or Emphysema every year. This way we can ensure that patients are receiving the optimum treatment. Please make an appointment if you have concerns about your condition or have not had an COPD review in the last year.
Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC - eg IUD or implant) - Contraceptive Coil Fitting
If you would like more information about coil fitting please make an appointment with our practice nurse Jenny Kennedy for an initial consultation. This is to give you information and the opportunity to ask questions before a fiiting appointment is made.
If you feel you would like information or help in managing your weight please make an appointment to see one of our health care assitants who will be able to advise regarding diet, lifestyle and whether additional treatment is appropriate.
Blood tests can be taken at the surgery by appointment only,
We would like to reserve these appointments if possible for those who are unable to make the journey to Queen Mary's Hospital or Erith Hospital themselves.
If you would like more information or help stopping smoking and are a registered patient at our practice please drop-in on Wednesdays at 6pm, (no appointment necessary).
