Asthma Clinic - Asthma ClinicWe do not restrict this to set clinics - we are aware that not all patients can attend at a set time - you are welcome to arrange an appointment with the nurse as you prefer.
Child health and development - Child Health Surveillance (CHS)New mums and babes should receive an appointment in the post for their first check - please contact the surgery if you do not hear within 4 weeks of baby's birth as we may not have received notification of your baby's arrival.
