Dr Cooper qualified as a dentist from University College London Dental School in 1982. She worked for several years gaining hospital experience as a House Surgeon and Senior House Officer in Oral Surgery, Orthodontics and Children’s Dentistry at many leading London Hospitals whilst studying towards gaining her FDS (RCS).

Dr Cooper gained DOrth, MOrth and an MSc in 1991 after a three year Postgraduate Orthodontic Course at King’s College and St. George’s Hospitals. Whilst continuing as a Part Time Senior Registrar at King‚s College and an Associate Specialist at Whipps Cross Hospital, she also started working as an Associate Orthodontist in Barnet. In 1994, she relocated her Orthodontic Practice to Hampstead Garden Suburb then to Malmin Orthodontics in 2003.

Dr Cooper covers the full spectrum of orthodontic treatment modalities including removable and fixed appliances, Invisalign® and Incognito®. Dr Cooper treats both NHS and Private Patients.

After qualifying as a dentist from the University of Newcastle in 2001, Parmjit relocated to London where he worked in general practice and at three undergraduate teaching hospitals. His specialist orthodontic training took place in London, Essex and Suffolk. He is trained to consultant level, the highest level for a UK orthodontist and has worked at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London as a locum consultant.

Parmjit's special interests include adult orthodontics (having completed an MSc in smile aesthetics) as well as treating patients with severe dentofacial deformity and with developmentally missing teeth (hypodontia). He is a certified Incognito (lingual orthodontics) and Invisalign (clear aligners) user.

Outside of the dental surgery, he is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeon's Licence in Dental Surgery (LDS), the Royal College of Surgeon's Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy and also examines for the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses.

He thoroughly enjoys teaching and has been awarded the Certificate in Learning and Teaching. He has published widely in national and international journals and presented his findings both in the UK and abroad.

He spends his time between London and Spain and enjoys cycling and DIY in his spare time. He is learning to speak Spanish and dreams of one day having a pilot's licence!

After qualifying as a dentist fromthe University of Manchester in2002, Dr Kotecha worked ingeneral practice in London atvarious hospitals including theEastman Dental Hospital indifferent dental specialties such asoral and maxillofacial surgery, oralmedicine and paediatric dentistry.

Her specialist orthodontic trainingtook place in London at theEastman Dental Hospital. She istrained to consultant level and hasworked as a locum consultant inboth district general and teachinghospitals.

Her specialist interests includeadult orthodontics (havingcompleted an MSc in adultorthodontics) as well as treatingpatients with sever dentofacialdeformity (orthognathic surgery)and with developmentally missingteeth (hypodontia). She has alsodeveloped skills in lingualorthodontics (incognito®) and inthe use of invisible braces(invisalign®). 

She has also writtennumerous articles published inleading orthodontic journalsDr Kotecha is a member of theBritish Orthodontic Society , theEuropean Orthodontic Societyand the British Society for thestudy of Orthodontia. She is afellow of the Royal College ofSurgeons of England and haspreviously held examiner roles.
