Asthma Clinic - Asthma ClinicOnce diagnosed with Asthma you will be sent for regularly to review the management of your condition.

Child health and developmentChild Immunisations
COPD clinic with spirometry
Once diagnosed with COPD you will be referred by the GP to our specialist nurse for management of your condition

Diabetes Clinic providing insulin initiation - Diabetes ClinicIf you have Type 2 Diabetes our nurse team will offer you an annual review appointment with help and advice on how to manage your diabetes and your general health.
This service requires a referral by your GP
Learning disability health checkMinor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house
An initial appointment with a GP to discuss your problem is needed, they will, if appropriate, add your name to the waiting list for minor surgery. The minor surgery clinic is held on a Tuesday morning.
This service requires a referral by your GP
PhlebotomyWe offer a phlebotomy service on Monday and Thursday mornings. You do need to make an appointment and have the blood sample request form with you.
Smoking cessation clinicThis service for Derby is now offered outside of the practice, you can self refer or be referred by a doctor/nurse at the surgery. If you would like advice or help with stopping smoking please ask at the reception for details.
