My role is to ensure the practice is running smoothly and effectively on a day to day basis.  To help and assure the needs of the patients and the practice are being met.  It is my role to help manage and develop administrative staff by liaising with the clinical teams.  I work closely with my business manager to help meet the general practice guidelines and requirements by assessing, monitoring and auditing processess throughout the practice.

Sonya's responsible for inputting patient related data onto the clinical system, ensuring it is accurate and coordinating the cervical screening program, ensuring information relating to childhood immunisations is up to date, sending patient reminders and scanning all medical correspondences.

Emma is our care navigator based on reception dealing with daily reception duties including answering calls, appointments, registrations and general reception related queries.

Rosalyn provides non clinical patient care, dealing with requests made by patients for information and medical needs, test results and general enquiries, explaining practice procedures to patients as well as booking appointments. She is there tol help and advice patients in accessing relevant leaflets, support groups, carers association.

Emma's role as a HCA delivers to a whole range of treatment room consultations.  She sees to wound care management with dressings, ear syringing, NHS health checks, BP, well person checks, spiromtry, urinalysis and preparation of specimens for investigation by the pathology laboratory and so much more.

Miss Jasvir Nijjer

Practice Pharmacist

Jasvir is a clinical pharmacist for the surgery, some of her duties includes medication checks and reviews.  Jas will also be carrying out the practices clinical audits and requirements for PCCF, QOF, and is supported by CCG medicines management team.

Please book with our receptionist for a asthma check if you have had a diagnosis. Our Nurse Helen Evans will review you at regular intervals to manage your condition.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Our doctors will check babies at  8 weeks and 3 years old prior to child immunisations. This is to ensure that the child is developing normally for this age group.

Patients parents or guardians will receive a letter from the surgery informing them of when child immunisations are due. Please book an apppointment with reception.

Patients will be sent an appointment for a review. Please book an alternative appointment with reception if this is inconvenient.
